WARRANTY & RETURNS
WARRANTY & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
At bamb-u, we are proud of our products and every item we sell comes with a 12 month warranty.
In the unlikely event you discover any faults with one of our products, please contact our team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our staff will work through the issues with you and providing the claim meets the below criteria, will fully replace the item at no additional cost.
To be eligible for replacement, the following must apply:
- the issue must be determined to be a manufacturing or material defect, not caused by inappropriate use.
- bamb-u will not cover damage caused by: usage, theft, loss, dropping, accidental breakage, sitting on, stepping on, sun damage, flat batteries, damage from battery replacement, damage from link removal, damage from incorrect lens installation, repairs and service, water damage including salt water.
- the item must have been purchased from bamb-u's online store.
- the claim must be within 12 months of purchase date.
- proof of sale must be provided in the form of a sales receipt or purchase order.
- items must be shipped back to bamb-u for assessment by our technical team. If the claim meets the above criteria, any return shipping costs borne by the customer will be reimbursed.
HASSLE FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We want you to be 100% happy with your bamb-u purchase.
If you receive your product and decide within 7 days it is not the right choice for you, contact our team at email@example.com to discuss exchanging your item for another product in our range.
There are just a few crucial points to keep in mind when returning or exchanging your product:
- You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to make a refund or exchange claim.
- Your watch or sunglasses must not have been worn or altered, and bedding must not have been used.
- The product must be in its original packaging, tags intact and in an unused condition.
- bamb-u does not cover the cost of postage for returns or exchanges.
- A small fee of $15 AUD is charged to cover admin costs per returned product.
