WARRANTY & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
bamb-u’s warranty policy covers manufacturing and material defects only and for a period of one year from purchase date. Should the warranty claim be found valid, then bamb-u will fully replace the item at no additional cost to the customer. It is at bamb-u’s discretion to determine if the warranty claim is a valid manufacturing or material defect.
Warranties are only valid if the item was bought from bamb-u’s online store or from an authorised dealer. If the item was purchased from a non authorised dealer, then the item must be returned to that store and it is at that stores discretion to handle any claims. bamb-u will not cover, nor are liable for but not limited to, any damage caused by: usage, theft, loss, dropping, accidental breakage, sitting on, stepping on, sun damage, flat batteries, damage from battery replacement, damage from link removal and or replacement, repairs and service, water damage, personal injury claims from use of our products. etc.
bamb-u only accept warranty items by registered mail from an official shipper (Australia Post, UPS, Royal Mail UK, etc). bamb-u take no responsibility for loss of posted items for warranty claims. Mailing costs are to be paid by the customer. However, if the item is found to have a manufacturing or material fault, then bamb-u will reimburse the customer for cost of shipping. Proof of mailing costs must be provided in the form of a formal receipt by the postal company or the postage costs will not be reimbursed. If a warranty is deemed invalid then the product will be posted back to you but not at bamb-u’s cost.
Please ensure you include ALL of your contact information, otherwise bamb-u will not be able to process your claim. Each warranty claim must include proof of purchase in the form of a sales receipt or purchase slip, where the item was bought and a the reason for the claim.
Once received, bamb-u’s technical team will assess your claim and give you a response within a week of receiving your item.

HASSLE FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you feel that you want to return or exchange your bamb-u product, firstly ask yourself if this is the smartest decision you have ever made. We believe our watches and sunglasses are a huge asset to you and will only improve your quality of life.
However we sincerely want you to be 100% happy with your bamb-u watch or sunglasses and wear them with pride. If you decide you don’t like your watch or sunglasses or are getting tired of all the awesome compliments you get when wearing them, then just send us an email and we’ll hook you up with our return/exchange instructions and we will either send you another awesome product or give you a full refund, less a $20 administration fee.
There are a just few crucial points to keep in mind when returning or exchanging your bamb-u product.
- You have 48 hours from the date of receiving you item to make a refund or exchange claim.
- Your watch or sunglasses must not have been worn or altered, are undamaged and in its complete, original packaging.
- Please include a copy of your purchase order so we know where to send your refund.
- bamb-u does not cover the cost of postage for returns or exchanges.
